Restructuring

Unable to attract investors, a multi-state real estate partnership enlisted Kris Moore to review brokerage operations, value sources and entity structures and to design a new vision to enhance the overall appraisal of the business. Kris Moore outlined a different partnership and organizational structure along with implementation of milestones. His work transformed the group, its partnership relationships, fiscal controls and top-down management processes. As a result a new investor/partner joined the brokerage at the group’s desired higher valuation.

Business Efficiency

When a Fortune 50 company’s product development team required large amounts of “off-standard” devices for R&D use, Kris Moore worked with the corporate procurement team to enact long-term policy changes, pricing alternatives, and bulk acquisition procedures, first with several trial purchases and then with a final strategic sourcing initiative rolled out company-wide. This internal partnership established the “Lab Store,” a creative solution based in the procurement group which provided greater flexibility and large-scale answers for testing and development needs in the future.

Scaling Operations

A large manufacturing company required its staffing agency to hire 2,000+ workers for all shifts as soon as possible to meet increased production demand. Kris Moore assessed the practices in place and identified bottlenecks and other root causes for delays. Working with the agency’s top recruiters, he designed and implemented new systems to attract, screen and interview nearly 600 candidates weekly. Additional sustainable internal procedures were created to handle confidential applicant information, job offers, and drug testing, which fully satisfied future demands for large-scale hiring.

Start Up Advisor

Product and AI tools developers, video security and healthcare start-up founders have relied upon Kris Moore for articulate and timely assessments of current and alternative business model development, branding, trends and positioning, IP and asset licensing, pricing waterfalls and revenue streams opportunities.
